摘要
唐山国丰钢铁有限公司成立于1993年,是一家集制氧、烧结、炼铁、炼钢、轧钢为一体的大型钢铁联合企业,具备年产铁、钢、材各800万吨的综合生产能力。。为了进一步提高技术水平、增加品种、提高产品附加值、稳定产品质量,河北联合大学与国丰公司商定,广泛进行技术合作,充分发挥学校和企业在理论研究、技术开发和生产经营等方面的各自优势,对国丰所冶炼的典型钢种Q195进行系统研究,明确与国际、国内先进钢厂相比所处的相对地位,以明了存在的差距和进一步提高的方向,并优化工艺与设备参数,稳定产品质量,保证生产顺行。实验期间,国丰二钢对其连铸中间包进行了优化,同时中间包容量也进行了扩容。通过中间包改造前后的铸坯研究,分析国丰钢铁公司生产的钢种中非金属夹杂物,氧氮含量及钢的缺陷组织,通过其改造前后的生产数据的分析,提出相应的改进措施和优化方案。

Abstract
