内容摘要
独立运营以来,已逐步走出分营时的低迷,但艰辛后的疲态、驱动力不足的矛盾有所显现,这已成为企业企业进入更高层次竞争的思想障碍。企业企业根据各自特点,提炼了各具特色的企业精神,如江苏企业的“爱岗敬业争奉献,开拓进取创一流”企业精神;上海企业的“创一流企业,建都市窗口”企业精神。进入转轨时期的企业企业,从时代要求出发,从企业行业目标出发,将不断调整、丰富、完善,提炼、培育企业精神。
本文以上海企业区局为个案进行分析。文阐述了企业劳务工流失的原因,并据此探讨了相关人力资源解决方案,提出了下列应对措施:第一,保持工作团队的整体和谐。第二,保持人员流动的良性状态。第三,采用科学手段,建立富有激励性的业绩评估系统。第四,激发劳务工的奉献精神。并结合企业工流失严重的具体实例,进一步探讨相关改进措施与劳务工流失问题现实研究意义。

Abstract
Since the Shanghai Post realized it’s independent operation, it has gradually got out of the downturn of the split-off, however the fatigue after the hardships and the contradictions of lack of driving force has emerged, which has e the ideological obstacles of postal enterprises to enter the higher petition. According to the respective characteristics, postal enterprises have refined the distinctive spirit of enterprise, such as the spirit of enterprise of Jiangsu Post “To be dedicated to the job. To be a pioneer in the area "; Shanghai Post's "To construct the post of first-class. To build the window of the city”. From the requirements of the times and the postal sector objectives postal enterprises which enter the transition period will continue to adjust, to enrich, to improve, to refine, and to nurture the spirit of enterprise.
