摘要
随着我国经济快速发展,快递业在国民经济中扮演着重要角色,日益渗透到经济社会的各个领域。高速发展的电子商务也是推动快递业迅速崛起的一大动力。快递企业的网点布局决定着其服务质量和服务水平以及整个企业运作的响应速度,快递企业网点布局成功与否直接影响到企业兴衰。因此,研究快递企业网点布局问题具有理论意义和应用价值。
论文以研究快递企业客户终端网点布局为主要内容,根据相关理论基础,总结了候选网点布局的原则,成为候选网点所要考虑的因素,以成本最小化为目标建立了覆盖模型,最后通过对案例进行分析,用启发式算法解析A快递公司在泉州市丰泽区的网点布局,并进行优化,以论证研究的可行性,在快递企业网点布局中具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
