建筑施工企业如何加强工程造价管理
摘要
现在,随着市场经济的快速发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,建筑业得到了迅猛的发展,社会各界对建筑工程造价开始高度重视。建筑企业的竞争力在建筑市场的表现要求也越来越高。建筑企业想要获得更大的利润,就要在加强建筑的质量的同时有效的进行造价管理。建筑工程造价贯穿于整个建设工程的始终,施工企业对工程造价的管理水平直接关系着施工企业的经济效益,影响着建筑工程项目的施工质量。施工企业进行工程造价管理,就是为了确定出更加合适的造价,同时对造价进行控制,使建筑施工企业获得更好的经营效果。本文首先分析了建筑施工企业工程造价管理存在的问题,其次,就建筑施工企业如何加强工程造价管理进行了深入的探讨。

How to strengthen the construction project cost management
Abstract
At present, with the development of market economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the construction industry has make a spurt of progress of development, the construction project cost attached great importance by the society. petitiveness of construction enterprises in the construction market performance requirements are also getting higher and higher. Construction enterprises want to gain more profits, to strengthen the construction of quality and effective cost management. Construction project cost throughout the construction project, the project cost management level of construction enterprise is directly related to the economic benefits of construction enterprise, affecting the construction quality of construction projects. The construction enterprise project cost management, is to determine a more reasonable cost, at the same time to control the cost of construction enterprises, to obtain a better business results. This paper firstly analyzes project cost management of construction enterprise, secondly, how to strengthen engineering cost management of construction enterprise were discussed.
