摘要
金融自由化是20世纪90年代以来的世界潮流。从全球眼光来看,金融自由化显然是一个不可逆转的历史过程,看起来,在金融全球化的背景下,每一个国家都难免被卷入这一世界潮流。经济全球化进程的加速,不仅增加了金融结构的内在脆弱性,加剧了金融市场的波动性,而且大大增强了国际金融的传递机制。金融危机是一场没有硝烟的战争,要抑制金融危机、化解金融风险、保障经济安全,就不能不对金融危机在国际间的传递渠道和机制有一个深入的了解,并对金融危机在国际间传递给一个国家经济安全带来的危害有一个清醒的认识。这一点正是传统的维护国家安全理论所缺乏的,是我们面临的一个新问题。这也引发了我们对金融危机传递机制的探索。

Abstract
Financial liberalization has been the trend of the world since the 90s 20th century,.
