摘要
微电影作为一种新媒体的传播方式出现在网络上,是一种短时间的有情节的故事画面,是一种更加直观且易于接受的教育途径。观看者可以通过主人公的视角和旁观者或是其他人的视角去体会一个事情的经过。把主要的冲突和情节压缩,在最短的时间里爆发,富有戏剧性的效果。本设计利用了视频制作的方法,利用premiere和after effects的软件进行剪辑后期。经过对于人物的刻画,场景的设计,剧本的编写,分镜头脚本的改写,剪辑,后期,配音等等的流程,完成了《微博风波》的制作。影片主要通过展示微博风波的后续影响和整个风波的起因,揭示受舆论导向牵引的现象以及人们理性评判的重要性。该主题传达的教育思想为:对待陌生人,多点善意和宽容,不盲从跟风,理性判断,传播强调识别真伪能力的正能量。有利于人们提高信息识别及道德评价的素养和能力。

Abstract
Micro-film as a new medium munication appears on the , is a video for a short period of time. The micro movie is a kind of education way which is easy to accept and more intuitive. The micro movie is through the story picture to show viewers an incident from the perspective of the hero and the spectator or other people's perspective. Compress the main conflict and plot to make the outbreak in the shortest time, and let it have a dramatic effect. This design uses the method of video production and do editing by
software such as premiere and effects after. Through the depiction of the characters, the design of the scene, script writing, a shooting script rewritten, editing, dubbing, and so on process, completed the graduation design. The micro movie reveals the damage of the parties and the importance of rational judgment though a heated discussion of ambiguous matters on the by showing the impact of the event and the cause of the event. The main idea of education is to give more goodwill to strangers by people doing things. And e more tolerant. To learn how to make a rational judgment, don't just look at the surface and don't blindly follow and blundering forward. It is helpful for people to improve the quality and ability of information identification and moral evaluation.
