中越两国密切的文化关系和政治关系造就了两国戏剧间的密切关系。越南戏
剧的形成过程,就是其不断接受中国戏剧影响的过程,就是一个中国戏剧因素在
越南本地化的过程。中国戏剧元素,是越南戏剧发展与成熟的重要元素。越南戏
剧保留了很多中国戏剧早期朴素的表演形式、思想。受越南民族的喜好,戏剧发
展的环境等的影响,一些中国戏剧因素在越南戏剧中得到了特别的发展了,如科
诨、神仙道扮及帝王将相题材的戏剧。通过对比考察可以看到,越南的主要剧种
不同于中国戏曲主要剧种的曲牌体或板腔体,亦非歌舞小戏,在早期宋元杂剧的
基础上,借用了中国戏剧不同发展阶段的一些表现方法,在剧本写作上保持的是
律诗体的填写方法,强调戏词的格律性,表演风格的自然性。中国戏剧是越南戏
剧的源流之一,从这个意义上说,越南戏剧与中国戏剧是同期发生的,中国戏剧
与中国文学一起发展了,而越南戏剧及越南文学在宋以后没有与中国文学一同发
展,而是选择了自己诗性的发展道路,形成了中越两国传统戏剧的根本区别。
