中频感应加热炉温度控制系统的数学建模
摘要:通过对中频感应加热炉温度控制系统的数学建模,可以更精确的对温度进行控制,从而得到电源功率与温升的最佳方案,使电能得到最高效的利用,从而在最快的时间内达到所需要的最准确的温度,减少工件的废品率,并提高生产效率。本文运用电磁学及热学的知识,研究中频感应加热炉温度控制系统电源输出功率与被加热材料电涡流的关系;电涡流与发热量的关系;发热量与温升的关系。从而得出电源的输出功率与被加热材料温升的电-热学模型。数学模型中运用金属材料学的知识考虑材料电阻、比热随温度变化而变化的影响,得出在这些条件影响下的数学模型。简化得出的加热炉温度控制系统为一阶惯性系统。以某中频感应加热炉为例,计算各环节的数学关系并建立其温度控制系统的数学模型。这些研究工作为系统的仿真、技术培训及控制优化提供了理论基础。

A medium frequency induction heating furnace as an example, the mathematical relationship between the calculated to establish the mathematical model of the temperature control system. The research on the system provides theoretical basis for simulation, technical training and Control optimization theoretical basis .
