simulationmethodtoriskanalysisandapplyzoneanalysismethodandutilitytheory
todecisionprocessesintheendinordertomakedecisionmorescientifically.
Theworkofthepaperwillhelptoimproveandperfecttheevaluatingmethod
andtoolsofChina’Spetroleumdevelopmentprojectandmakeourpetroleum
enterprisesevaluatethevalueofdevelopmentprojectmorepreciselytoimprovetheir
investmentefficiency・andpromotethedevelopmentofpetroleumindustryofour
country.
