北京交通大学硕士学位论文石油开发项目经济评价方法研究姓名:杜滨申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:李文兴 20080601 中文摘要摘要:我国目前在石油开发领域虽有多种经济评价模式,但多较陈旧,没有更系统化和更能适应不断变化的多重因素的模式,采用的传统经济评价指标体系和方法也难以适应当前普遍存在的不确定环境下的项目评价,建立一套更为科学的石油开发项目经济评价模式和方法具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。论文在分析研究国内外石油资源经济评价模式的基础上,借鉴国际先进的技术、方法和经验,从我国目前石油开发的实际出发,结合石油开发项目的特点, 提出了包括经济评价一风险分析一方案优选的系统化经济评价模式;针对我国石油投资经济评价指标中存在的问题和矛盾,进一步补充、完善了部分指标;基于价值最大化的项目管理目标,提出了针对不同类型开发项目特点采用相适应的能够合理反映项目价值的经济评价方法的评价理念,并在此基础上提出了增量成本收益法和增量现金流法相结合的石油开发调整项目经济评价方法,提出了石油开发许可证定价方法;将蒙特卡洛模拟方法应用到石油开发项目风险分析中,以应用于各类不同石油开发项目经济效益的风险评价;论文最后提出的方案优选决策方法,能体现石油开发项目的风险性和项目管理者的主观影响力,提高石油开发项目决策的科学性。论文的研究工作和成果将有助于改进和完善我国石油开发项目评价手段和评价方法,使我国石油企业能够更准确地评价石油开发项目的价值,提高石油投资决策的效率,促进我国石油工业的安全,高效,快速发展。关键词:石油开发经济评价风险分析方案优选分类号:【请输入分类号(),以分号分隔。】图5幅,表3个,参考文献122篇。 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of our economy,more and mol'e petroleum ale needed,the tendency of our petroleum enterprises have to enter into overseas searching foroil&gas reserves aremore more styles ofpetroleum development projects are faced by our petroleum , evaluating thepetroleum investments scientifically and rationally to ensure theprofit ofpetroleumdevelopment isvery important and investment evaluation methods arc unsuitable for the value evaluation under uncertainty conditions,SO establish a set ofmore scientific evaluation system forpetroleum investment is of the theoretical importance andpractical developmentproject isriskinvestment project involves inhuge investment,standard style ofeconomic evaluating should paper suggested astyle as economicevaluating-risk analysis·project options theory opens an entirely new way toinvestment evaluation for paper attempted to introduce itintothe evaluation ofpetroleumdevelopment andsuggested thereal option evaluating method ofboth license pricing and time choice ofpetroleum evaluating method foradjustingproject Was suggested on thebasis ofanalysis of
