摘要
物流是一种服务业,包括运输,装卸搬运,包装,配送,信息处理等职能。目前物流产业占我国GDP约20%,被称作第三利润源。在我国国家标准《物流术语》的定义中指出:物流是物品从供应地到接收地的实体流动过程,根据实际需要,将运输、储存、装卸、搬运、包装、流通加工、配送、信息处理等基本功能实施有机的结合。临沂物流业起步较早,现已在全国成为重要的货物流通基地。2011年9月7日举行的2011中国(临沂)商贸物流发展峰会上,中国交通运输协会向临沂市政府颁发“中国物流之都”牌匾,正式授予临沂市“中国物流之都”称号,标志着临沂物流业升级进入发展的黄金期,临沂物流业正在向着规模化、集聚化、规范化、品牌化发展。
近几年来,随着商贸及流通领域的开放以及境外企业的进入,如何更快发展临沂商贸物流将成为临沂物流业急需解决的问题。本文首先介绍了临沂商贸物流业的现状,并运用了SWOT分析法对临沂商贸物流业的优势和劣势、发展机遇和面临的挑战进行了分析,针对临沂商贸物流业存在的问题,从现代物流学角度提出了解决临沂市商贸物流业从传统物流多而乱、小而弱的滞后现状走向规范化现代物流业的发展对策。

ABSTRACT
Logistics is a service industry, including transportation, loading and unloading, packaging, distribution, information processing and other functions. Logistics industry in China accounted for about 20 percent of GDP, known as the third profit source. The definition of the national standard in China logistics terminology: logistics items from the supply to the receiving entity flow process, according to actual needs, transportation, storage, loading, unloading, handling, packaging, distribution processing, distribution, information processing the basic functions of the implementation of bination .The logistics industry of Linyi started earlier, and now is to e an important base of the flow of goods in the country. 2011 China (Linyi) Trade Logistics Development Summit held on September 7, 2011, the munications and Transportation Association Linyi municipal government issued the "China Logistics" plaque, officially awarded the "China Logistics" title of Linyi City, marking the Linyi’s logistics industry to upgrade the gold of Linyi’s logistics industry is toward large-scale gathering, standardization, and brand development.
