由硫酸铵和氯化钾制备硫酸钾溶剂法工艺及其相图研究 摘要 本文对硫酸铵和氯化钾制备硫酸钾溶剂法工艺及其相图进行了研究。考察了十种有机溶剂对反应过程氧化钾收率的影响,结果表明以甲醇为添加溶荆较为适宜;研究确定了拟四元交互体系K+、NH.+/,ICl一、S042一的恒温溶解度图作为溶剂法工艺的理论基础;运用单因素分析法考察了影响反应过程氧化钾收率的主要因素,并用正交试验设计法确定了反应的适宜工艺条件:,反应时间 %, 硫酸铵初始浓度20%.,反应温度 25℃ 氧化钾收率大于90%: 甲醇经两段蒸发回收后循环使用;。 关键词:硫酸钾,、溶剂法、硫-酸铵、氯化钾、氯化铵 √ √ ZY √ √ Study OR The Solvent Progress of Preparing Potassium Sulfate by Ammonium Sulfate and Potassium Chloride and Its Phase Graph ABSTRACT A study is done in this work on the progress conditions of potassium chloride and ammonium sulfate reacting anic solvents、the isothermal phase graphs of the reacting system:anic solvents are experimented and methanol of them is seIected out as the best solvent;The phase graphs are studied and protracted On the conditions which are the temperature(25℃)and methanol concentration(50%) of the reacting system K+、NH4+//CI一、SOl’,whi ch is theoretical basis to the solvent progress;The factors which impact on the receiving ratiO of potassium oxide are determined in the reacting by single-factor prope r conditions of this producing process are confi rmed by the orthogonal experiments: the reacting time 80min。methanol concentration:50%,the initiatory concentration of ammonium sulfate 20%,the reacting materials eonfecting ratio:,the reacting temperature 25℃;MethaneI is recycled by distiI]ation in tWO sector and is quality of potassium sulfate reaches to the fi rst rank in agricultural potassium sulfate and the quality of ammonium chloride reaches to eligibl e in industrial ammonium chloride.
