PLC控制五层电梯的系统设计
摘要
随着科学技术和社会经济的飞速发展,高层建筑已成为现代城市的标志。电梯作为垂直运输工具,承担着大量的人流和物流的输送,其作用在建筑中至关重要。同时,人们对电梯的性能要求也越来越高,比如可靠性、操作方便、舒适感、噪声低、低能耗等等。因此,电梯得到了快速发展,其拖动技术已经发展到调压调频调速,其逻辑控制也由原来的PLC代替了继电器控制。采用PLC控制的电梯,可以通过合理的选择和设计,能够有效地提高电梯控制水平,极大地改善了电梯的舒适感,是电梯控制达到比较理想的控制效果。PLC在电梯控制系统应用,降低了故障率,并有效地提高了电梯运行的可靠性与安全性。系统的结构简单、:首先将使用者的输入命令发送到PLC中,然后PLC根据系统的要求,发出控制信号以驱动外围设备,电梯就可以进行相应的动作了。
本文在介绍电梯基本结构的基础上,阐述了电梯的拖动原理和控制原理,重点分析电梯系统设计中如何用PLC实现控制系统并编制控制程序。提出基于PLC和变频器的VVVF电梯控制系统的方案。

ABSTRACT
With scientific and technological and socio-economic development, high-rise buildings e the symbol of modern cities. As a vertical lift equipment, a growing number of people depend on the transportation and logistics, its role in buildings essential. At the same time , it has to lift the performance requirements are also increasing ,such as reliability ,easy to operate, comfortable nature, low noise, consumption, and so on. The elevator as an important traffic in skyscraper, it also has developed quickly with improving requirement of people. It logic control-relay control also has been replaced by PLC. Elevator of PLC control, the reliability is improved and the feeling fort is better than before through the reasonable selection and design, so the effect of control is more ideal. The Application of PLC in the Elevator control system reduces the breakdown rate and efficiently improves the operating reliability of the elevator with safety .The structure of system is also simple and tightly packed. The working principle of the elevator control system is: The spot control information is send into the PLC from the customer input devices firstly, then the PLC control is required to send out the control signal to drive the equipments according to the system demands. The elevator can then proceed the homologous action according to the control request .
