美国多元文化教育政策研究论文.pdf

摘要
多元文化教育是西方多民族国家为在多民族、多种文化并存的国家社会背景
下,允许和保障各民族文化平等发展,以丰富整个国家的教育,多元文化教育政
策是为保证多元文化教育的在教育中的顺利和有效实施。美国由多个少数民族组
成的现状与我国的多民族形成统一的中国相似,研究美国的多元文化教育政策可
为我国的民族教育政策的发展提供借鉴和帮助。本论文主要运用了历史研究法、
文献法、案例研究法和比较研究法,对美国的多元文化教育政策进行了较为系统
的理论和实践分析,并在此基础上对我国民族教育政策的发展提出了若干意见。
本研究共分为四个部分:
第一部分,首先对本论文所需要的基本概念进行了界定,回顾和总结美国多
元文化教育的发展历程。在分析了美国多元文化教育政策产生的驱动因素的基础
上,解读美国多元文化教育政策的历史演进。
第二部分,对美国多元文化教育政策的现状进行分析,从美国实施多元文化
教育政策的目标、主要内容以及美国各界对多元文化教育政策的评价进行了全面
的介绍和分析。
第三部分,探讨美国多元文化教育政策在实施过程中遇到的问题,如:种族
主义依然存在教育的许多领域中、多元文化教育政策的目标与实践结果之间的差
距、对双语教育政策的否定及加州 227 提案的通过、“肯定性行动计划”所引发
的“逆向歧视”问题,并从宏观和微观两个方面对上述问题进行了解释。
第四部分,首先对美国的多元文化教育政策进行反思,立足反思的基础上对
我国的民族教育政策的发展提出了若干意见,希望可以为我国民族教育政策的发
展提供参考。
