电动汽车电池更换站电池更换策略探讨

摘要:电动汽车电池更换站是国家电网公司解决电动汽车能源供给的主要模式之一。本文以国网
电力科学院电动汽车电池更换站示范站为模型,在车辆型号一致、电池箱规格相同及车辆电池箱
组合比例确定的前提下,分析了电池箱堆垛设备、电池存储架和全自动电池更换设备关系,通过
采用分段查找和就近原则,优化了电池存储架逻辑结构,提高了电动汽车电池更换站的电池更换
速度。

Abstract: EV battery swap stations are the State Grid Corporation the main mode of solving EV energy
supply. Under the premise of the same model of the vehicle, the same size of battery box and the vehicle
battery boxes proportions have determined, take the EV battery swap station of the State Grid Electric
Power Research Institute for example, by analysis of the battery box stacking device, battery storage
rack and automatic battery swap relationship and by using the principle of sub-search and the nearest to
optimize the battery storage rack logical structure to improve the EV battery swap speed of the battery
swap station.

0 引言
2010 年,国家电网公司根据国内电动汽车发展形势和出现的变化,将充电设施建设指导方针
修定为“换电为主、插充为辅,集中充电、统一配送”。换电即为电动汽车电池更换站,在国家电
网公司的示范站中换电全过程采取全自动电池更换设备与电池箱堆垛设备并发方式工作,通过电
池存储架实现电池箱中转,使全自动电池更换设备与电池箱堆垛设备完成相对单一独立的工作,
提高了电池更换速度、减少了车辆等待时间。
本文将以国网电力科学院电动汽车电池更换站示范站为模型,在车辆型号一致、电池箱规格
