ABSTRACT
This paper aims tO explore the radical reason of the“’’problem in China。The first of the paper begins with the peasant’s e problem。Then the author finds the problem of agricultural labor supply Meanwhile the author
discusses the significance of the land property right to the‘‘San nong”
get the first inference that the essence of the‘‘San nong’’problem is the transferring
problem ofthe surplus labor ofChinese agriculture。
The second part is concerning the transferring problem of the surplus labor of Chinese agriculture。After analyzing with the relevant theory of dual economics structure,history and sociology,the author further recognize that the transferring
problem ofagricultural surplus labor is the development ofthe traditional agriculture society “San nong’’problem is the transferring of agricultural
surplus labor is blocked by the enormous cardinal number of population。Tilt now the author finished the illation course that the sticking point of the“son nong’’ problem is the transferring problem of agricultural surplus labor;the cause of the transferring problem of agricultural surplus labor is the development problem in a
country、城m enormous cardinal number ofpopulation.
In the last part of the paper,the research focuses on the population problem· This part is the process of seeking lnon principle of the population actuality. Through the study of the population theory and the economics analysis of the population problem,the author attempt tO find the reason of enormous population cardinal number and inappropriate growth in China,in order to provide the decision foundation for the solution of the“San nong”problem.
