在危险化学品事故应急响应与应急处置中,需要利用大气扩散模型确定危险化学品的影响区域,为应急救援提供决策支持,而危险化学品的泄漏源强度等源特性是大气扩散模型的重要输入参数,影响着大气扩散模型运行结果的准确程度,从而影响应急决策的准确性。因此,确定泄漏源的位置和强度,是进行群体疏散和应急决策的基础。
本文归纳了现有的大气源强反算方法,分别针对不同方法的内容、特点和适用范围进行了分析和总结,并结合其在实际案例中的应用比较,对各方法的反算思想和求解过程进行了比较和分析,提出了各源强反算方法的优点和不足。
本文将扩散模型得到的浓度值与传感器观测的浓度值进行比较并建立混合遗传-Nelder Mead单纯形算法模型,反算得到泄漏源的位置和强度,进而利用瞬时源和连续源两个真实的算例验证该算法的可行性。研究表明混合遗传-Nelder Mead单纯形算法不受初值选取的影响,即使初值远
离期望值,也能得到很好的结果,而且能以较小的误差和较快的速度反算出结果,更适合于多维变量的搜索。因此混合遗传-Nelder Mead单纯形算法能够快速准确地反算得到泄漏源的位置和强度,满足应急决策的需要。
