引纬机构是纺织工业上剑杆织机的关键部件,引纬机构的结构形式、运动精度以及平稳性直接影响织机的速度、效率以及织物的质量。国内目前应用较广泛的剑杆织机采用共轭凸轮式的引纬机构。对于剑秆织机引纬机构的研究尚需进一步深入。
本文主要根据纺织机械工业对织机的技术改造要求,针对现有剑杆织机引纬机构的性能不足之处,在了解剑杆织机的工作原理,并对引纬机构进行运动学和动力学分析的基础上,提出一种新型引纬机构的设计方案。并从工程应用出发,从运动学、优化设计、动力学几个方面对引纬机构进行研究。
针对一种由凸轮、连杆、齿轮组合而成的新型剑杆织机引纬机构,以实现具有高速特性的剑杆修止梯形加速度运动规律为目标,从运动学角度对其进行分析和设计,获得整个机构的运动尺寸和共轭凸轮实际轮廓曲线参数。
根据技术改造要求,在运动学分析的基础上,建立凸轮线型优化设计模型,以凸轮机构的基圆半径尺寸为优化参数,以机构的压力角、曲率半径要求等为约束条件,对新型机构的各部分尺寸进行优化,并取得了较理想的结果,优化设计的结果明显好于初始设计。
本文还从动力学角度对引纬机构进行分析,运用等效刚度、等效质量的原则,,并且用数学式进行了描述。

in Rapier Loom

The weft insertion mechanism is a key part of the rapier loom in weave industry,the weft insert speed、efficiency and quality ofthe textile are effected by its structure form、its precision ofmovement and its smooth ofmovement present,a conjugate cam weft insertion mechanism is widely used in domestic textile machine,howeveL the theory ofthe weft insertion mechanism need to be researched.

Aimed at realizing the modified trapezoidal acceleration motion rule of rapie r,a new weft—insertion mechanism in rapier loom is analyzed and designed kinematically,which is bination of cam,linkage and gear kinematic dimensions of the mechanism and the conjugate cam profiles ale obtained through numerical calculation.
