Institutions specialized in handling these disputes include the enterprise labor dispute mittee, local labor dispute mittee and the people's court.
具体处理劳动争议的机构,有企业劳动争议调解委员会、地方劳动争议仲裁委员会和人民法院。
Most disputes are resolved through mediation by mittees. Only a minority of cases are settled through arbitration or by the people's court.
绝大部分劳动争议是由企业劳动争议调解委员会和地方劳动争议仲裁委员会通过调解方式解决的,只有很少部分是通过仲裁或人民法院解决的。
