铁路依托型物流中心规划设计探讨

摘要:论述铁路依托型物流中心的特点和发展现状,对当前物流中心规划和建设中存在的问题进行了剖析,针对
性地提出“系统性可持续发展”的规划设计理念和原则。探讨铁路依托型物流中心总体规划、系统构成、流线设计
的特点和“零中转,一轴二线”等设计新思路,为铁路物流中心规划设计时参考。

Discussion of Planning and Design Research of
Railway-based Logistics Center

Abstract: Through discussing the characteristics and development status of Railway-Based Logistics
Center and analyzing the major problems that exist in the current planning and construction of logistics
centers, this article puts forward the planning and design concepts and principles of “Systematic
Sustainable Development”. On the other hand, this article introduces the innovative features of the
overall planning, system structure and the flow line design about Railway-Based Logistics Center. At
the same time, some new ideas, “Zero Transit, one Axis with two Lines”, have been proposed. It can be
used as the reference design for the planning and design of modern Railway-Based Logistics Center.

1 引言
当前,我国物流业正进入一个高速发展的阶段,物流随着制造产业链的不断扩大和完善而成为新兴的
朝阳产业。物流中心的建设和运营正处于良好的国内和国际环境之中。铁路是我国交通运输的骨干,其优
势在于运能大、速度快、全天候运输,一般不受气候影响,而且能耗低、污染很小。我国地域宽广、自然
条件具有多样性,铁路具有陆上运输的骨干地位。规划设计基于铁路
