工业工程毕业设计毕业论文:生产线平衡 EM-plant仿真优化
摘要
生产线平衡是制造企业底层生产流程设计规划和重组优化的重要方法,它满足作业要素之间的优先关系,提高生产线的生产效率。应用工业工程管理方法中的工艺流程分析和作业测定技术来确定生产线平衡的两个基本数据,然后,针对现有生产线瓶颈进行建模,仿真,改善,优化。借助于仿真软件EM-plant的仿真模拟研究了火车机体生产线;接着,阐述了仿真优化的意义及优势,及具体方法步骤;最后,先介绍应用于仿真的EM-plant仿真软件,并利用该仿真软件模拟了机体加工的工艺流程,利用它构建了机体生产线离散型仿真模型,给出了详细的仿真流程。通过改善了生产线平衡,提高了生产线平衡率,利用EM-plant对机体加工生产线建模,优化和仿真可以节省建模时间,提高仿真效果和提高生产平衡率。对本文提出的机体生产线物流仿真优化进行了实际的研究,为进一步研究提供了参考。

ABSTRACT
The balance of the production line is optimization of the design planning and restructuring of the underlying production process of manufacturing enterprises, It to meet the priority relationship between the operating elements, to improve the efficiency of the production line. Management methods in industrial engineering process analysis and work measurement techniques to determine the basic data of the balance of the two production lines, then, for the existing production line bottlenecks modeling, simulation, improve optimization. With the help of simulation software EM-plant simulation to train the body production line; then on the significance and advantages of the simulation optimization, and the specific method steps; finally, the first description is applied to the simulation of the EM-plant simulation software, and using the simulation software to simulate the body's processing of the process, and use it to build a discrete simulation model of the body's production line, gives a detailed simulation process. By improving the balance of the production line to improve the rate of line balancing, EM-plant on the body's processing production line modeling, optimization and simulation modeling time can be saved to improve the simulation results and to improve the production rate of balance.
