We select about 400 service corporations in Sha nghai as our inte rviewees to investigate their concern factors and public policy’s needs in the location decision m a king.
Finally, according to the ma cro and m i cro analysis, we summarize reasonable suggest i ons on public policy’s directions on t h e development of service industry location, which can be a reference to governm e nt decisions.
