永火区间建筑结构及施工组织设计
摘要
中国城市化的发展必然带动城市地铁的发展。地铁产业作为中国的朝阳产业,是中国城市基础交通设施中最有前景、最有市场的产业,发展轨道交通势在必行。目前,修建地铁的施工方法主要有明挖法、矿山法以及盾构法。针对青岛的地质情况以及隧道施工对地面交通的影响等方面考虑,本设计采用矿山法修建青岛地铁三号线永平路站~火车北站区间隧道方案。因为矿山法有着良好的经济性、施工安全、对周围环境影响小,对地面扰动小的优点。
本设计为青岛地铁三号线永平路站~火车北站区间隧道设计。区间隧道单线全长1000m,在充分考虑隧道建筑限界的基础上,对隧道区间的横断面进行了设计。
设计选取半边曲梁,采用简化简支梁的方法进行结构内力计算,分析出结构的弯矩,再根据分析出的结构内力进行配筋计算。
隧道区间防水工程十分重要,必须采用严格的措手,多种防水措施联合使用,分别对全断面,施工缝,进行防水施工,加强隧道的防水效果。
地下结构较为复杂,不可预知性的问题较多,对于矿山法,一般采用复合型支护,加强支护效果,保证隧道施工的安全性。

Abstract
China city development will promote the development of Metro city. Subway industry as a sunrise industry in China, it is Chinese city traffic infrastructure in the future, most of the market of the industry, the development of rail transportation be imperative. At present, the construction of the subway construction method are mainly open-cut method, mining method and shield. According to the geological situation of Qingdao and the influence of tunnel construction on ground transportation into consideration, the design of the mining construction of Qingdao Metro Line 3 from Yongping Road to the North Railway Station tunnel . Because the mining method is economical, construction safety , and buried depth and little influence on environment, mining method has little influence on ground.
The design of Qingdao Metro Line 3 from Yongping Road to the North Railway Station running design of mining tunnel. Interval ,the line full-length 1000m, In full consideration of the tunnel construction clearance on the basis of the mining tunnel, cross section design for.
Design choose the half curved beam , using the method of simply supported beam , analysis of structure of the bending moment, According to the analysis of internal force calculation of reinforcing bars.
