虎岭公路隧道初步设计
摘要
随着经济的快速发展,交通工程已经成为经济发展的强力驱动与支撑。随着高速公路建设的推进,交通基础设施建设也不断深入,目前隧道工程也已经成为公路系统中的重要组成部分。它对优化道路线形、缩短公路里程有重大影响;同时对促进周边地区环境保护、经济发展及国防建设也具有深远影响。
虎岭公路隧道位于陕西省华县境内,属连霍高速公路陕西线西安至潼关段。隧道起点位于虎岭南麓李家沟口处,终点位于虎岭北麓韭菜沟口处,隧道全长1780m。本文对隧道的规划、设计和计算进行了详细的论述。设计的主要内容有:隧道调查,围岩分级、地形与地质调查、气象调查、隧道线型设计、纵、横断面设计,洞口及洞门设计,衬砌结构设计,结构计算,防水与排水、通风设计及运营照明设计。隧道选线时综合考虑了地形地质情况,在衬砌计算中,考虑弹性反力的存在,隧道规划和设计过程中遵循充分发挥隧道功能,安全经济的建设隧道的基本原则,完成整个隧道的初步设计。
最终设计成果包括:设计说明书部分,围岩衬砌计算书,运营通风计算书,运营照明计算书,路线平面图,纵断面设计图,建筑限界及内轮廓图,洞门及明洞设计图,Ⅳ类围岩衬砌设计图,通风机,照明灯具示意图。

With the advance of the highway construction, transportation infrastructure construction is unceasingly thorough, tunnel project also has e an important part of highway system. It is to optimize road alignment, shorten the length of highways are important influence, To promote environmental protection and surrounding areas for economic development and national defense construction and far-reaching influence.
Tiger hill road tunnel in Shaanxi province, the enterprise of domestic Huo highway Shaanxi line from Xi’an to Tongguann. Tunnel in the south foothill tiger starting point, located in gully tiger hill, north leek ditch tunnel length 1780m. This paper tunnel planning, design and calculation discussed in detail. Main contents: the design of surrounding rock tunnel survey, classification and grading and geological survey, meteorological survey, design, longitudinal and linear tunnel hole and DongMen cross-sectional design, design, structure design, structure calculation lining, waterproof and drainage, ventilation design and operation of lighting design.
