摘要
本设计是在可行性研究、查阅大量资料以及详细工艺论证后展开的,主要进行了物料衡算、热量衡算、设备选型和经济技术分析,并绘制了工艺流程图、车间设备平面布置图、车间设备图、总平面布置图。
秉承“以人为本、安全第一、质量第一”的设计理念,设计力求生产自动化、机械化、连续化、现代化,车间布局力求科学、规范、灵活;同时,充分利用原辅料,降低生产成本,以增强企业的市场竞争力。
根据有关法律法规,P计划和GMP规范。设计了二次更衣、人流和物流分开并在包装间布置了紫外线灭菌灯。工艺上借鉴了X。
该项目预计投资X万元,建成投产后每年获利X万元,而且将推动国内草莓产业的发展,带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益。

30 TONS PER 8 HOURS OF HILL RASPBERRY BEVERAGE WORKSHOP DESIGN
ABSTRACT
After a feasibility analysis, a study of considerable documents and a detailed technology demonstration, this design is finished which includes conservation of matter, heat conservation, determination of equipments and economic and technical analysis. As a supplement, the diagrams of process flow, workshop equipment layout, workshop equipment and general layout plan are drawn.
The design insists the principle of “people-oriented, safety first, quality first”, whose production strives toward the automation, mechanical, continuous and modernization direction. In order to increase petitiveness, we make full use of raw materials and low the production costs.
According to relevant laws and regulations, it satisfies P and GMP plan and specification. So I demand twice clothes changes, ultraviolet sterilization lamps in the packing room and separated passenger flow and cargo flow.
The project is expected to invest X million RMB and as soon as pany goes public, it can produce a profit of X million RMB a year. At the same time it will promote the development of the domestic raspberry industry, and emerge enormous social and economic benefits.
