The paper tries to Stal't with Confucins Annotation Theory,which is the representative of Chinese quondam Annotation Theory,pare it with Western Hermeneutics in different pmoda。Thereby,go deep into the differentia between them,and briefly analyze the reasons for the differentia. The first part,setting forth Confucius Annotation the theory by taking《The Confucian Analects)) as and generalize it on collectivity,pointing the overall characteristics. The second part,the influences which Confucins Annotation Theory makes to the later part mainly contains three aspects,the influence Oven to the classic literatures;the influence Oven to Chinese academia of later ages;the influence Oven tO traditional culture.
