题目:晶体管运算放大器的设计
摘要:运算放大器(常简称为“运放”)是具有很高放大倍数的电路单元。在实际电路中,通常结合反馈网络共同组成某种功能模块。运放是一个从功能的角度命名的电路单元,可以由分立的器件实现,也可以实现在半导体芯片当中
运算放大器的基本放大电路有四部分组成:输入级,偏置电路,中间级,输出级。其中:输入级:是决定运算放大器性能关键的一级,要求他的零点漂移小,输入阻值高,所以都采用差分电路;偏置电路:对各级提供偏置电压,使各级具有适当的静态工作点;中间级:是将输入级输出地信号电压加以放大,一般由共射级放大电路构成;输出级:输出级直接与负载相连,所以这一级要有足够的电压放。本文将用晶体管等元器件完成一个非集成运放的设计。

The basic amplifier circuit op amp has four parts: the input stage, bias circuit, the middle class, the output level. Of which: the input stage: the key is to determine the performance of an op amp, asking him to zero drift, high input resistance, so are differential circuit; bias circuit: bias voltage provided at all levels, at all levels with the appropriate static operating point; the middle class: is the signal voltage of the input stage output to be amplified, usually by mon-emitter stage amplifier circuits; output level: output stage is connected directly to the load, so that a sufficient voltage discharge. This article will use transistors and ponents plete a non-integrated operational amplifier design.
