摘要:儒家文化为代表的传统文化是中华民族最重要的文化遗产。它的价值不仅仅体现在过去的历史中,即便对于今
天的管理学学术研究也具有重要的价值。针对国内管理学界相当部分学者接着中国传统文化讲中国管理学的建议,本文
对中国传统文化的相关特点以及其对管理学的学术价值展开了具体的讨论。希望我们的研究有助于中国管理学的进一步
发展。

Abstract: The Chinese traditional culture represented by the Confucianists is the most important heritage of Chinese
history. Its value not only lies in it has play a very important role in Chinese history, but also lies in its value to the
development of Chinese management science. Because some scholars in Chinese management school have advised that
Chinese management science should be developed on the base of Chinese traditional culture, in this paper we will try to
analyze the characteristics of Chinese traditional culture and its value to Chinese management science. We hope our research
will be helpful to the development of Chinese management science.
