摘要:目的:弄清熟地黄历代炮制演变情况。方法:查阅从汉代至清代中医药学本草文献,进行归纳整理。结果:熟地黄清蒸法
始见于汉代《金匮要略方论》,酒蒸法始见于南北朝《雷公炮炙论》,酒火敦法见于明代。结论:熟地黄采用蒸制法炮制从汉代一
直沿用至今。
Abstract : Objective : To ascertain the historial changes of preparation method of Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata in different periods.
Methods : Documents of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs were consulted and classified from Han Dynasty to Qing Dynasty. Re
sults : Steaming in clear water was found in Synopsis of Preacritions of the Golden Chamber in Han Dynasty. Steaming in liquor was
found in Leigon s Treatise on Medicinal Herbs Preparation in the Southern and Northern Dyrasties. Stewing in liquor was found in
the Ming Dynasty. Conclusion : The steaming method was applied in the han Dynasty and are still used today.
