仙人掌籽油的抗氧化活性 摘要 我国仙人掌果产量很大,除少部分用来鲜食外,其余都用来生产仙人掌啤酒、仙人掌饮料、药品、化妆品等,而含有丰富营养成分的果籽却被作为废弃物,极大地浪费了资源,本文以仙人掌果籽为原料对其油脂进行了体外抗氧化活性分析研究。 通过测定天然植物油提取物清除自由基及其抗氧化活性的能力,建立羟基自由基和DPPH清除体系来测定其清除自由基的能力并计算相应的吸光度值。 结果表明:仙人掌籽油提取物在体外具有较强清除自由基的能力,%,可见其抗氧化能力极强。 关键词:仙人掌果籽;油脂抗氧化活性;自由基 The Antioxidant Activity of Cactus Fruit Seeds Abstract Our country has a large output of cactuses. A small part of them are used as fresh food, and the rest of cactuses are used to make cactus alcohol, cactus beverage, cactus drugs and cosmetics. At the same time, the fruit seeds of cactuses which contain reach position are thrown away as wastes that makes a great waste of resources. In this paper, I will study and analyze the in vitro antioxidant activity of cactus fruit seed oil. Through determining the ability of natural vegetable oil extract for free radical scavenging and its antioxidant activity to build hydrogen radical and DPPH scavenging system in order to determine its ability of free radical scavenging and calculate its relative absorbance value of degrees . The result shows that the extract of cactus seed oil has a strong in vitro capacity to scavenge free radical. Its clearance rate of the hydrogen radical is up to %. So it is easy to get the conclusion that its Antioxidant Activity is extremely strong.
