摘 要
超声波粉体输送装置是从超声屯机延伸出来的一种全新概念的粉体输送装置,它利用压电振动在细管管壁上产生的超声频域内的衰减行波来输送粉体, 因此被称为超声波粉体输送装置。由于它具有输送速率小、结构简单、响应
快、易控制等特点,特别适合于少量或微量粉体的精确定量输送,是化工、精密陶瓷、制药、食品等工业领域迫切需要的一种新型粉体输送装置,具有广泛的应用前景。

本报告针对径向伸缩型超声波粉体输送装置的结构、输送机理、环形压电
陶瓷片和细管的振动与响应、称量与控制技术等问题进行了较为深入的理论分
析和实验研究。l主要内容包括:

ABSTRACT
Ultrasonic powder-feeding device feeds powders using the lossy traveling waves generated by ultrasonic vibration on the wall of a thin pipe It possesses the follow features:low feeding rate,simple structure,pactness in size,high—speed response,easy to control and so on Because of the super features,the device is very suitable for the precise feeding of small quantity of powders,and urgently needed in the industrial fields,such as chemical,pharmacy and food industry.
This report mainly concentrates on the theoretical and experimental studies o/i the structures,operational principles,automatic weighing and control techniques of the ultrasonic powder-feeding device,and the vibrations ofthe ceramics and thin pipe. The main works in this report can be summarized as follows:
