城市水系规划是城市规划工作的重要组成部分。当前我国越来越多的城市开始进行城市水系规划,城市景观水系规划作为城市水系规划的重要组成也被提上了日程。虽然,城市景观水系规划这一概念的提出已经有很长的时间,但是, 人们对于城市景观水系规划的内容、任务等的认识存在着很大的差别,本文正是从这一角度出发,对城市景观水系规划的内容进行了研究,并且从实际的项目出发,对我国新疆干旱区的景观水系规划作了专项研究。
本文以我国城市景观水系的发展研究为基础,分析了我国城市景观水系规划的内容、任务,并将城市景观水系规划分为宏观层面、中观层面、微观层面三个层面;阿克苏市景观水系规划是本文写作的实践依托,根据在阿克苏市景观水系规划过程中遇到的问题,文章概括出干旱区景观水系规划的三层次日标: 安全、生态、美观实用;此外,文章还对于旱区水景观的发展进行了概括和总结,并对干旱区可采用的水景形式进行了分析;“3S”技术在城市水系规划的过程中有着广泛的应用,文章对“3S”技术在于旱区城市景观水系规划中的应用进行了阐述。

ABSTRACT
Urban water system planning is a part of urban more and more cities in China have paid attention to urban water system planning,so landscape water system is also carried out in several the definition and objective of landscape water system planning are still thesis based on the definition and objective of the landscape water system with the practice in Akesu city,many factors of landscape water system planning in arid land have been researched on.
Based on the development of landscape water system planning in China,this thesis analyses the definition objective and content of landscape water system,in order to achieve a clear framework,landscape water system planning is divided into three steps:large scale planning medium scale planning and small scale the practice of landscape water system planning in Akesth the main factors of landscape water system planning in arid land are divided into three categories:safety ecology and the thesis also research on the development of waterscape in arid to modem waterscapes analysis,Some kinds of waterscape are introduced into arid land.“3S”technology is widely used in planning now,this thesis contains the use of“3S”in urban landscape water system planning
in arid land.
