AB STRACT
ABSTRACT:Urban rapid work system plays all important role in our
ground transportation system with the development of ,planning and work of track traffic Can be impacted by many of indispensable elements. It is necessary to be integrated in existed other traffic system and to meet demand of
city’S sustainable development to evaluate scientifically is the key point for urban work programming,as well硒troubles for decision- integrated evaluating method is put forward and discussed in the paper.
Based on the research results,summary and analysis of urban rail work planning of the baSic theory,and integration domestic and parison of urban rail work evaluation index,depending on the actual situation and evaluation of selected indicators of the principle,this paper haS been established 1 3 new indicators in
evaluation new indicators include the shape and the coordination of
structural adjustment,urban land Bse and development of coordination,and external transport facilities layout of the coordination,and the urban environment and outlook of the coordination of the work coverage,the main distribution points of connectivity,passenger traffic,residents bus travel time savings,line of the load strength,not-balanced glOSS section flow coefficient,the flexibility of anization,the reasonableness of phaSed construction and engineering feasibility of the implementation.
As to the evaluation methods,we select the method of fuzzy level analyzing to solve index give a detail steps to use maximum relating黟ay method on prehensive ,rail work of Guiyang city planning鹪all example,this method of testing,have achieved good results,which show that the method of drawing the important significance and value.
