摘 要
随着中的日益提高使得城市交通问题日趋恶化。轨道交通因其具有容量大、安全、准点、低碳、便捷的特点得到人们越来越多的关注,轨道交通也成为一种人们出行首选的交通方式。现今,随着我国经济的不断繁荣, 交通拥堵成为各大中城市困扰民生的主要问题,各城市为解决交通拥堵大力发展城市轨道交通,也引发了轨道交通需思索解决的问题。
人们的生活水平的日益提高,日益严重的城市交通问题。轨道交通,因为它的大容量,准时便捷,低碳环保的特点,已经越来越关注未来成为一个重要的运输方式。今天, 我们的国家和世界各大城市发展城市轨道交通,轨道交通引发思维所产生的各种问题。
本文在阅读大量文献资料的基础上,通过对影响城市轨道交通服务水平的各种因素进行分析,依据评价指标选择的原则,建立了城市轨道交通服务水平评价体系,针对西安地铁进行应用。
本文取得的主要研究结论和成果如下:
(1)全面系统的分析了影响城市轨道的各种因素和它们之间的影响关系;
(2)本文通过对西安地铁二号线的调查研究,得到西安地铁服务水平的现状,整理了服务水平评价的基本数据,分析了乘客出行的目的以及方式的特征数据。
(3)根据城市轨道交通的实际特点,依据评价指标选取的原则和对城市轨道交通服务水平子系统的划分方法,运用主成分分析法从备选指标集中筛选了 14 项核心指标, 构成了城市轨道交通服务水平评价指标体系;
(4)在结合构建的城市轨道交通服务水平评价模型的基础上,结合对西安地铁服务水平影响因素研究调研收集到的各种资料,构建形成西安地铁服务水平评价模型,并分析现在的服务水平现状。
(5)根据西安地铁二号线的服务水平的评价结果,结合其客流特征和现状沿线交通环境,近期围绕缓解南北中轴线道路交通压力、远期提高并固化地铁二号线客运量等问题,对与西安地铁二号线服务水平关系较大的交通方式以及交通设施,如公交、自行车等方面提出相应的措施与建议,以期提升西安地铁二号线的功能完善服务水平,优化服务质量。

Abstract
With the rapid socio-economic development in our nation and the increasing of people’s living level, the urban traffic problems e worse. Urban rail transit has been paid much attention because Capacity, safety, punctuality, low-carbon, convenient, and will be one essential traffic mode in the future. Recently, many cities not only in our nation but also in the world begin to construct urban rail transit, which causes people’s consideration of the problems because of urban rail transit.
On the bases of large number of references, this paper analyzed the factors related to urban rail transit level of service, constructed the urban rail transit level of service evaluation system according to the choosing evaluation indexes principles, established the evaluation model and verified the application of the model for the subway in Xi’an.
