摘要
非织造布以其独特的优良性能正日益广泛地应用于生产和生活的各个领域。因此非织造布加工设备已成国内外学者研究的热点,尤其是在高效、节能、高自动化程度等方面做了大量的研究和开发工作,这为本文研制的非织造布超声波复合机奠定了坚实的基础。论文重点对以下方面进行研究和探讨:
根据对非织造布的特性、非织造布加工设备和超声波焊接机理的研究,确定
非织造布超声波复合机方案,并进行机械结构和控制系统的设计。建立了高分子粘弹性体的多自由度振动数学模型,利用线性时不变系统的频、
率特性,讨论各级粘滞阻尼器的功耗,较为直观地揭示了粘弹性体振动过程中体内的功耗分布,并给出了超声波非织造焊接成因的合理解释,同时对复合压力、复合时间、保压压力和表面形貌等超声波焊接参数在复合过程中对非织造布质量
的影响进行分析。
应用现代设计软件对整机进行集成设计,即采用Pr0/E软件对整机进行三维建模,运用Pro/E软件和ADAMS软件进行运动学和动力学分析;运用ANSYS 软件对复合机翻转机构进行静力学分析,同时分析生产过程中非织造布和变幅杆的温度场变化。
非织造布超声波复合机调试、生产实验,检验非织造布超声波复合机是否能够满足企业实际生产需要,并对实验数据进行分析、处理,归纳较为合理的工艺参数为生产实践服务。

Abstract
Non-woven,with its unique performance,is now using more and more extensively in production and living Non-woven manufacture equipment is a research focus in domestic and foreign have done much more work about
the equipment especially with high efficiency,energy saving and high automation merit,which laid a solid foundation of non-woven pound machine dissertation mainly research following issues:
Based on the study of the characteristics of non-WOVen,non-woven processing
equipment and ultrasonic welding theory,research the non-woven ultrasonic
compound machine scheme.
Establish a multiple degrees of freedom vibration model of Polymer viscoelastic body,using frequency characteristics of linear time-invariant systems,to discuss the power consumption of viscous dampers at all levels,more directly reveal the viscoelastic body power distribution of vibration process,and gives a reasonable explanation causes of ultrasonic welding of non-woven,meanwhile analyze the influence of ultrasonic welding parameter to the quality of non-woven in pound procession,such posite pound time,packing pressure and surface morphology.
