摘要
本设计通过对目前汽车性能单项试验台进行分析、比较的基础上,根据现代汽车检测的现状和需要,对汽车检测理论和检测方法进行了深入的探讨,并根据检测方法、运用所学知识和查阅有关资料设计开发出一种集动力性、制动性、车速表试验于一身的多功能汽车性能综合试验台。
该试验台是在确定检测参数,如驱动力、底盘功率、制动力、车轮阻滞力后,综合分析市场上已有的汽车性能单项试验台的基础上设计出来的。它改变了传统的汽车检测方式,可以在不移动汽车的基础上,检测汽车的驱动功率、各轮的制动力和进行车速表的校核。该汽车性能综合试验台运用先进的传感器和电子技术作为检测手段,用计算机作为控制和分析中枢,能快速、准确的检测出多项性能参数,为汽车的维护与保养提供可靠的理论依据,为汽车性能的检测提供可靠有效的检测设备,进一步实现对现代汽车技术性能全方位检测的目的。
本次设计的汽车性能综合试验台主要用于测试中小型车的各种性能参数,它集制动、底盘测功、车速表校正于一身,具有结构紧凑、维修方便、体积小等优点。
