%他克莫司软膏联合积雪苷霜软膏治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎
[摘要]目的:%他克莫司联合积雪苷霜软膏对面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的治疗效果和安全性。方法:选择我院2010年3月~2013年5月皮肤门诊收治的60例面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为观察组和对照组。观察组30例,%他克莫司软膏治疗4周,停药后再使用积雪苷霜软膏继续护肤20周;对照组30例,%他克莫司软膏治疗4周。共观察24周,对比两组疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的面部红斑、脱屑、丘疹、脓疱、色素沉着等症状积分均较对照组出现了明显改善,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<),%,明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<),两组患者的不良反应基本相当。结论:%他克莫司软膏联合积雪苷霜软膏治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎具有十分显著的疗效,可明显改善患者的临床症状,提高疗效,安全可靠,值得临床应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of % tacrolimus bined with asiaticoside cream ointment for treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.
