安徽省新能源和电气化铁路接网电能质量评估
摘要
风力发电、光伏发电等新能源的接入和电气化铁路这种特殊大用户的并网,
对电网电能质量均会造成一定的影响。本文重点从风力发电、光伏发电、电气
化铁路负荷的电能质量特性分析入手,建立对应的电能质量仿真模型,并进行
仿真计算,结合电能质量的实测数据分析,形成一套科学的电能质量评估方法。
根据安徽省的实际情况,分别对安徽电网接入的风电、光伏、电气化铁路
的实例开展了电能质量评估计算,研究了风电、光伏、电气化铁路并网对电网
谐波、三相电压不平衡、电压波动等指标的影响,并给出了相应的电能质量治
理措施和建议。

Evaluation of Power Quality for New Energy
and Electrified Railway Grid Interconnection
in Anhui Province
Abstract
The power quality will have been affected by grid interconnection of wind
power, solar power and other new energy sources and such big special user like
electrified railway. This article focuses on analysis of power quality characteristics
for wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation and the load of
electrified railway, establishes a corresponding power quality simulation model,
and carry out simulation calculation, combined with the measured data analysis of
power quality, form a scientific evaluation of power quality .
According to the actual situation in Anhui Province, the paper carry out
calculations of power quality evaluation in the instance of wind power,
photovoltaic, electrified railway in Anhui power grid respectively, research on
influence of grid harmonics, three-phase voltage unbalance, voltage fluctuations
and other indicators by wind power, photovoltaic power and electrified railway,
and gives the corresponding power quality control measures and mendations.
