溶菌酶对凡纳滨对虾非特异性免疫因子的影响
摘要:本试验以凡纳滨对虾为研究对象,研究溶菌酶对其非特异性免疫因子的作用。实验中所用的凡纳滨对虾系连云港本地养殖户提供,幼虾买回后,进行为期一周的驯养,以求尽快适应实验室环境。为了详细的探讨溶菌酶在虾类非特异性免疫中的作用,选取大小均匀、健康活泼对虾,随机分为3个试验组和1个对照组,每组40尾,每组设3个平行,饲养于玻璃纤维水槽(××35cm)内,盐度为16,-,日投饵两次(06:00和18:00 h),过量投饵, h后从每个桶收集残饵、粪便;每天换水约2/3,溶解氧维持在 mg×L-1以上,±,温度为22±℃,连续充气。结果表明:由图1可以看出O2-的产量随着时间的延长呈上升趋势,2%添加量组的O2-的产量最高,其次是1%和3%添加量组,对照组最低。由图2可以看出,PO活性随着时间的延长呈上升趋势,第7d后,2%添加量组的PO活性最高,其次是1%和3%添加量组,对照组最低。由图3可以看出,SOD活性随着时间的延长呈上升趋势,第7d后,SOD活性依次为2%添加组>2%添加组>3%添加组>对照组。由图4可知,随着时间的延长,对照组和实验组血清蛋白含量均呈先上升,到达最大值后逐渐下降趋势。

The effect of lysozyme on non-specific immune factors of Litopenaeus vannamei
Abstract: The effect of lysozyme on non-specific immune factors of Litopenaeus vannamei was conducted. In the experiment, Litopenaeus vannamei was provided by Lianyungang local farmers, shrimp was domesticated for a week in order to adapt to the laboratory environment. For a detailed investigation of lysozyme on nonspecific immunity function of shrimp, uniform size, healthy and lively prawn were selected and randomly divided into 3 experimental groups and 1 control groups, each group of 40 tails, each with 3 parallel. They were housed in a glass fiber tank (××35 cm), the salinity was 16, pH -. They were fed two times (06:00 and 18:00 h), excessive feeding. After feeding h, the bait was collected from each barrel. The water was changed about 2/3 every day, dissolved oxygen was maintained at 6 mg L-1, pH ±, temperature 22± ℃, continuous inflating. The results showed that the activity of SOD with time prolong assumes the trend of escalation.
