摘要:目的:多西紫杉醇与顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及副反应。方法:我院2002年10月至XX年2 月确诊的III〜IV期非小细胞肺癌45例,分成治疗组25例; 对照组2 0例。结果:治疗组总有效率72%,对照组总有效率40%,两组有显著性差异。静脉炎发生率对照组明显高于治疗组。结论:是安全有效的。
