循证护理在老年科住院患者压疮护理管理与预防中的应用

摘要目的探索老年科住院患者压疮的有效管理和预防方法。方法用循证护理方法,对2011年1月至2011年12月在我院老年科住院的患者进行压疮的风险评估,对有压疮风险的老年患者进行护理管理与预防,观察院内压疮的发生率。结果老年科3836例住院患者中,发生院内压疮36例,%。结论通过循证护理理论指导临床护理实践,选用Braden评估表,对老年科住院患者进行压疮风险评估,并实施科学的护理管理和预防措施,可以有效地预防老年住院患者压疮的发生,降低压疮发生率。
