海鞘抗肿瘤活性物质的作用机制及研究进展

摘要:海鞘是海洋抗肿瘤活性物质的重要来源,近年已从海鞘中分离得到多种结构新颖、抗肿瘤作用显著的新化合物,
其中有的已进入临床试验,显示了良好的研究开发前景。现对海鞘中抗肿瘤活性成分的结构与药理作用,以及临床研究
概况作一综述,并对海鞘资源的开发利用提出建议。

Abstract: The bioactive substances from ascidians represent an important source of marine antitumor agents. In
recent years, pounds with new structures and novel bioactivity have been isolated from ascidians, and some
of them have been in clinical trials and showed better development prospects. This review presents the chemical
structures, mechanisms of action of antitumor substances from ascidians, overviews the clinical studies of these
substances, and provides mendations for the development and utilization of ascidians.
