护理人员锐器伤漏报分析及对策
【摘要】目的:分析遵义市护理人员锐器伤的漏报原因,为制定区域性锐器伤防护策略提供参考依据。方法:通过自行设计医务人员锐器伤调查问卷表,采用分层随机抽样和便利抽样法,对遵义市14所医院871名工作满1年的临床护士锐器伤高危人群的漏报情况进行问卷调查。结果:调查显示,漏报多分布在低工龄、低职称人群;未上报的主要原因是锐器未接触患者、患者血液检查结果正常、上报后得不到及时对待、时间紧、上报程序复杂,%、%、%、%、%,%。结论:护理人员锐器伤频繁发生,应针对性加强职业防护培训,提高其上报率。发布与宣传血源性职业暴露的防护指南十分关键,能够减少医务人员职业暴露的发生。
