摘要
随着供应链管理采购在制造业和零售业不断的应用以及理论体系的不断完善,许多工程建设领域的学者和专家开始研究将供应链管理思想运用到工程建设中来。应用供应链的思想指导工程项目的采购和供应管理,优化建筑工程项目的供应链,以提高整个建筑供应链的绩效,成为近年来项目管理研究的重要方面之一。
工程项目的采购管理涉及很多方面,本文从供应链的视角出发,对工程项目的采购行为本身和供应商管理问题作了一些探索。本文首先介绍了建筑供应链和工程项目采购管理的相关理论知识,并对工程项目传统采购管理模式与几种现行采购管理模式进行了比较分析,并给出了各种采购模式的使用范围和条件;然后,在以上的理论基础上构建了建筑供应链管理下建筑企业工程项目采购策略优化模型;最后,将建立的模型运用到M公司的项目A中解决相应的问题。

Abstract
As the procurement supply chain management in manufacturing and retailing, application and the continuous improvement of the theoretical system , many scholars and experts in the field of engineering construction to research using the ideas of supply chain management in the engineering construction. The guidance of the application of supply chain procurement and supply of the project management, construction project supply chain optimization, to improve the whole building supply chain performance, e one of the important aspects of project management research in recent years.
Project procurement management involves many aspects, this article from the perspective of supply chain, the purchasing behavior of the project itself and supplier management problems made some exploration.
