【摘要】目的观察夜间应用BIPAP呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭患者情况并总结护理经验方法 81例慢性呼吸衰竭患者夜间应用BIPAP呼吸机治疗,经护理观察及配合后,统计好转率情况结果对比血气好转,P<%,%,%。结论呼吸衰竭患者常于夜间加重,病情变化快,经细心观察病情,精心护理,熟练配合BIPAP呼吸机使用,可使大部份病人情况好转。
【Abstract 】Objective: To observe the application of BIPAP ventilator overnight treatment of respiratory failure in patients of nursing experience and summarizes methods: the methods of 81 cases of chronic respiratory failure patients a pplication of BIPAP ventilator treatment at night, by observation and with :Improve blood contrast,P <,the improvement rate on the e of statistical improvement rate was % and stable rate of %, worse %. Conclusion:  respiratory failure patients often aggravated at night, the condition changes quickly, by careful observation of disease,intensive care, skilled with the BIPAP ventilator use, most patients can improve the situation.

呼吸衰竭是呼吸系统的常见病、多发病,他是引起慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者死亡的重要原因,临床病死率高,病情变化快,早期发现病情变化,给予及时BIPAP呼吸机处理是抢救成功的关键。尤其是夜间值班护士少,容易忽视病情观察的重要性,所以更需要大量细致的护理工作[1]。通过81例呼吸衰竭患者的夜间应用BIPAP呼吸机观察及护理,现将护理观察体会报告如下
资料与方法
一般资料选择2008-2011年本院81例病人,男性44例,女性37例,年龄55-85岁,中位年龄69岁,病程大于2年。录用标准:①呼吸困难;②pH<、Pa02<60 mmHg伴或不伴Pa02>50 mmHg;③神志清楚,能配合和耐受经鼻面罩BIPAP呼吸机的治疗。排除标准:①有意识障碍;②痰液较多伴有清除能力
