芳纶纤维砂浆的抗折强度与抗塑性收缩开裂

摘要::随着芳纶纤维掺量
增加,其水泥砂浆抗折强度、塑性收缩开裂性能均有所提高,掺量为 1. 5 % (体积分数)时,抗折强
度提高了 26. 49 % ,塑性收缩裂缝可减少到 24. 95 %.另外,探讨了芳纶纤维增强水泥砂浆的作用机
理.

Flexural Strength and Plastic Shrinkage Cracking
Resistance of Aramid Fiber Cement Mortar

Abstract : The flexural st rengt h and plastic shrinkage cracking resistance of aramid fiber cement mo rtar
were st udied. The test result s show t hat wit h t he increasing volume co ntent of aramid fiber , t he flexural
st rengt h and t he effect of plastic shrinkage cracking resistance can be st rengt hened. When t he fiber volume
co ntent is 1. 5 % , t he flexural st rengt h can be increased to 26. 49 % and t he plastic shrinkage crack can be
reduced to 24. 95 %. The mechanism of aramid fiber s in imp roving mortar’s mechanical performances is
discussed.

水泥砂浆具有抗压强度高、本低廉等优点,是泥砂浆性能的作用机理,以期为芳纶纤维在水泥砂
应用最广泛的建筑材料之一,但它同时也存在着抗浆中的应用提供参考.
