摘要
办公自动化(OA)是企业信息化建设的重要组成部分,办公自动化系统的发展恰好与数据、信息和知识的演变同步,即以数据为主要处理内容的第一代办公自动化发展到以信息为主要处理内容的第二代办公自动化,现在发展到以知识为主要处理内容的第三代办公自动化。
办公自动化是以应用计算机技术、通信技术、系统科学、行为科学等先进科学技术为基础,不断使人们的部分办公业务活动借助于各种办公设备,并由这些设备与办公人员构成服务于某种目标的人机信息系统。其目的是尽可能地充分利用信息资源,提高生产率,工作效率和质量,辅助决策能力,求得更好的效果,以达到规定的目标。本论文从管理角度入手,从建立企业办公自动化管理信息系统的必要性及可行性分析到建立企业办公自动化信息系统的需求分析、流程及具体功能模块定位、系统实施规划、系统解决方案及实施以后的评价,对公司实施以进行的充分的论证与实现。
