摘要
本文首先对美国次贷危机的产生原因和金融模型进行简要分析说明。进而分析此次危机对我国金融领域、对外贸易、货币政策、汇率制度汇率制度的影响。之后对次贷危机对政府金融管理、中国房地产业管理、中国银行、中国房地产企业、个人购房者的启示做了具体说明。2007年初爆发的美国次贷危机给全球金融市场带来了剧烈的动荡,甚至给实体经济都带来了严重的创伤。因此,回顾美国次贷危机的发生和发展过程、研究次贷危机的宏观因素与微观机制、反思次贷危机带来的影响与经验教训,
具有重要的理论和现实意义。而我国作为一个发展中国家,金融行业的发展相较在这方面已经比较完善的发达国家还处在一个较长的成长阶段,应对各类风险的管理措施还不够完善,因此我国更应该高度关注发达国家的金融市场,包括其中的衍工具。以及其体系交易机制,以助于采取措施应对外来冲击和影响。
