摘要
变速箱是由装在变速箱壳体内各轴上不同齿数的齿轮和操纵机构组成的。根据需要将不同轴上不同齿数的齿轮啮合在一起,进行变速和改变从动齿轮的转动方向,达到改变扭矩,转速和行驶方向的目的。变速箱可改变传动比,实现倒档和实现空挡。在变速箱中,齿轮,轴和轴承起着重要的作用。在设计的过程中要对齿轮进行强度校核;对轴进行强度和刚度校核;对轴承进行寿命和极限转速校核。变速箱的操纵机构设计包括换挡机构设计和锁定机构设计两部分。锁定机构设计包括自锁机构设计,互锁机构设计和联锁机构设计。
