摘要
针对目前手动档机动车半坡起步经常出现的溜车现象,设计一种适用于手动
档机动车的半坡起步辅助气动系统。包括确定起车斜坡起步辅助系统组成,确定各气动元件,根据辅助系统的工作要求对气动控制阀的结构进行设计,包括主阀芯的结构、密封件的结构等。
在分析汽车气压制动系的基本组成和工作原理的基础上,确定汽车斜坡起步辅助系统气动控制阀在汽车整个气动管路中的位置及功能,从而以通用的气动元件,设计和分析能够实现该功能的气动系统方案,并通过实验来验证该气动系统方案的合理性。设计一种汽车斜坡起步辅助系统,并对汽车斜坡起步辅助系统气动控制阀进行设计。
半坡起步辅助系统的关键技术就是系统根据制动部件的支承反力的大小和方向的变化情况自动控制驻车制动力。起步辅助系统可以彻底解决手动档机动车坡道起步时的后溜现象,有效地防止溜车产生的隐患,且不影响平地起步。所以说,半坡起步辅助系统的开发具有极其重要的意义。

ABSTRACT

On the analysis of car air brake the position and working principle, and on the basis of sure start pneumatic auxiliary system car slope in the pneumatic pipe valves car the position and functions, thus to general ponents, design and analysis can realize the function of the pneumatic system solutions, and through the experiments to verify the pneumatic system solutions of rationality. Design a car slope, and start auxiliary system car slope started auxiliary system design of the pneumatic control valves.
Slope started auxiliary system is the key technology of brake parts of supporting system according to the size of the force and the direction of the change of the automatic control system in car power. Start auxiliary system pletely solve manual started after the motor vehicle ramp slip phenomenon, effectively prevent slipped the hidden trouble of the car, and do not produce influence the ground started. So, Slope started auxiliary system development has very important significance.
